Shipshewana Labor Day Weekend Rodeo


The Shipshewana Stampede isn’t your average county fair rodeo, this is rodeo like you’ve never seen it in the Midwest, with a MASSIVE instant replay screen.  Featuring seven main events: Bare Back Bronc, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, Team Roping, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling and Barrel Racing.

First-ever Freestyle Bullfighting Competition to be held each night during the rodeo, the first
time this action-packed event has ever been in the area! Watch professional bullfighters
compete from all over the US to fight the baddest bulls!

This is the largest Labor Day weekend rodeo in the United States, with competitors coming
in from across the nation

Doors open at 5:30 and it all starts with the Sheep Riding Competition for kids, which is
open to the public and starts at 6:00 PM Each Night.
